We will accept returns provided the product is in original condition, with tags on.

We do not offer refunds based on sizing errors. If the product is not sold out, then sizes may be exchanged.

If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective, please email within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you’re receiving a refund, please allow up to 7 business days for the money to appear back in your account.

We do not cover the shipping costs of any refund / exchange / return.

Husla Lifting reserves the right to reject exchanges / returns which do not comply with our policy.
