RETURNS

Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition.

All returns are managed through our online returns portal. Some returns may require additional information to confirm the product issue or condition. If approved, a return shipping label will be generated.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Claims are for issues such as:

• Missing items
• Items arriving damaged
  
• Packages marked as delivered but not received
