The HUSLA Pad increases leg extension range of motion (ROM) by 8cm (3.15") for deeper reps and stronger quad activation.
Made from high-density EVA foam, it’s designed to stay secure during working sets and is compatible with most leg extension machines.
For a secure hold between sets, it can be paired with the optional HUSLA Strap(s).

Note: Designed for shin pads with an internal diameter close to the measurement listed above. Machines with dual shin pads or significantly smaller pads may not be compatible and could require additional modification.

My Invention
In 2020, I set out to increase the range of motion on leg extensions because most gyms left a lot of room to improve.
My early setups were makeshift and far from ideal, but they proved how much potential there was to make leg extensions better.
After years of prototyping and engineering, the V3 gives a full 8cm (3.15") of increased range in a compact, soft, durable design that fits easily in any gym bag.
This is our best version to date, and just one step in the ongoing evolution of quad training.
