The HUSLA Pad increases leg extension range of motion (ROM) by 8cm (3.15") for deeper reps and stronger quad activation.
Made from high-density EVA foam, it’s designed to stay secure during working sets and is compatible with most leg extension machines.
For a secure hold between sets, it can be paired with the optional HUSLA Strap(s).

My Invention
In 2020, I set out to increase the range of motion on leg extensions because most gyms left a lot of room to improve.
My early setups were makeshift and far from ideal, but they proved how much potential there was to make leg extensions better.
After years of prototyping and engineering, the V3 gives a full 8cm (3.15") of increased range in a compact, soft, durable design that fits easily in any gym bag.
This is our best version to date, and just one step in the ongoing evolution of quad training.

My leg machine just didn’t have the leg extend ROM, almost got rid of it - this really solved it. I had to tighten up the elastic band since my roller must be a little smaller than standard.

Die Lieferung kam wie besprochen. Ich war wirklich sehr gespannt. Leider musste ich es in zwei Stücke schneiden, da ich es sonst bei meinen leg Extension nicht benutzen kann. Funktioniert aber ganz einfach und ich habe aus einem einfachen Beinstrecker eine wesentlich bessere Range of Motion und man kann auch mehr Gewicht bewegen und es ist sehr bequem. Es ist wirklich ein top Teil.
This product is great! So simple and aligns with the research showing distal growth with stretched muscle partials and activation! Loving it! Excited to see how it can help these long legs grow and create some sweeps!
I have been using it for both my lying leg curl and leg extensions and I even had to lower the weight starting in a much stretched position for my muscles to get used to the additional stretch.

I have a Bells Of Steel Hyda leg extension. My problem was that is simply wasn't giving me the proper motion that would properly engage my quads. Wholly crap...I got this HUSLA addition and it was like 100% engagement of the quads ..and ZERO knee engagement. It's amazing how the little things that can improve a machine...cudos to HUSLA, an excellent product addition to most of not all leg extension rack attachments. Yeah, it really deserves 5 stars and although, it would be much better with a strap attachment, it works as is.
This add on is a game changer when you are trying to grow your legs in the quickest amount of time. The extra depth that you are allowed to achieve and at such a low cost?
Also it feels really comfortable, more so than some of the machine foam that is with the machine.. at other gyms.

I love it, I wish the foam was a bit softer for the shins but I understand why it’s as dense as it is and will last longer in the long run. 💪🏼
Worth every penny! I work out at a commercial gym and don't have access to fancy equipment. Hitting quads on exercises like deep squats has been difficult due to a knee injury. The Husla pad, helped me comfortably extend my range of motion without pain in my knee. Compared to the traditional leg press set up, I can actually feel my quads working all the way up to my hip. 10/10 would recommend to anyone at any level.

This pad has absolutely destroyed my quads. Every time I use it takes me 2 to 3 days to recover after a quad workout.

I have knee issues and can never do leg extensions. Being able to start from a more flexed position somehow helps me get through the whole movement with no pain. Great product
Took me several months to pull the trigger and order this. I kept looking at it and thinking my quad machine was fine, how much difference would this pad make? Finally ordered it. Should have done it months before. Really good attachment. My quads are getting spent in a whole new way!
