Made from high-density NBR rubber that is 1.5x denser than a standard hip thrust pad, it provides a firmer and more supportive feel while still remaining comfortable during heavy sets.

We created the High Density Hip Thrust Pad to solve a problem we kept noticing during training: barbell hip thrusts were simply uncomfortable for a lot of people.
