Made from durable, high-quality EVA Foam, it is designed to increase the range of motion (ROM) on any leg extension machine by 8cm(3.15In.) whilst improving comfort too. 

Taking your quads through a larger range of motion has been proven to enhance hypertrophy outcomes. The result - more gains!

It is perfect for most leg extensions, if required you can cut it in half to suit leg extensions with 2 separate shin pads.

The internal shin pad diameter is 14.5cm(5.7In.), if your leg extension has a shin pad with a smaller diameter, it's as easy as using a band to secure the add on.

Fixed my leg extension

Like all variations of leg extensions I have one that doesn't do a great at the bottom of the stretch but as soon I used it with the Leg extension Add-on V3.0 it fixed the stretch instantly. Great pad, feels great.👍

Better than you think!

Ok, I got this thing because my light duty free weight quad bench has kind of a dead spot in the first 15 degrees of ROM before weights start to move vertically and offer resistance. I thought, this could offset that dead spot and give me a better strain at full retraction. Well, it did. But furthermore it spread the surface contact of my ankle/meta tarsels over a larger area and absorbed the pressure so nicely. instead of blocking out the discomfort of my leg against the machines small radiused foam pad which digs in harshly under heavy load, I felt like I was pressing up a super heavy pillow. All my mental focus went into the weight and my form and reaching the top of the range. But wait! There’s more. Not only was it more comfortable but the added cushion pushed my feet and toes back and away from the weight plates. So instead of trying to keep my toes pointed in line with my tibias I was able to maintain a strong dorsi flex which is natural when raising the lower leg in a kicking motion under resistance. Bottom line, it’s great for cable based leg extension machines but it’s ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL for free weight style leg extension benches that have the weights by the feet. Great great great pump!
